Ken is managing partner at Carson and was formerly with Price Waterhouse Coopers.

Ken has for many years represented a number of owner managed businesses and advises on tax minimisation, succession issues and company acquisitions and disposals.

Although advising a broad range of businesses and professions he has a particular expertise in the recruitment, property, charity and medical practitioner sectors.
